LENGTH: How many pages make up Flex Success?
Each version of the Flex Success Package totals roughly 35 pages, however, your finished proposal will be four to six pages. That depends on how you flesh out the job responsibilities and other custom-insert sections, as well as how much of the Bottom-Line Benefits section you use.

FORMAT: In what format is Flex Success?
Flex Success is a combination of portable document format (PDF), read by the universally-popular free Acrobat Reader, loaded on most computers, AND .doc files so you easily edit the proposal to custom-fit it to your job situation.

The .doc files are attachments within the PDF.

IMPORTANT: You must have Acrobat Reader 7.0 or higher
to access the attachments. To download the latest version for free, click the icon below:

GUARANTEE: Do you guarantee my manager will give approval of my request? If not, what is your guarantee?
While, like you, I can't predict (nor guarantee) the behavior and decisions of your manager, I can guarantee the format and time-savings. To read the Flex Success guarantee, click here (new window opens).

WHICH ONE: Which version of Flex Success is right for me?
If you want to retain full-time hours and pay, choose compressed workweek (40 hours in fewer than five days) or telecommuting (working from home one, two or three days out of the workweek.

If you want fewer than 40 hours, choose job sharing or part-time. Part-time could be a shortened workweek or a shortened workday.

Some Flex Success do a combination of flexible work arrangements. For example, they may work four days a week with one or two of those days from home.

If you have a schedule in mind and are not sure which Flex Success proposal template(s) is the best match for you, please contact me and I'll help you choose.

PRIVACY/SECURITY: What are your privacy and secure ordering policies?
